Q. What do the Season Card Holders get back?The Season Card covers 19 Premier League games and the Season Card Holder will receive the average ticket (i.e. this season - 1/19 of the total Season Ticket value) less the selling fee of 10%, for each match that they sell.

Q. What are the fees for using the Aston Villa Seat Exchange?A – As per normal industry practice, buyers will be subject to a 15% booking fee added to the listed price plus VAT charges. Season Card Holders will be subject to a 10% service fee calculated at the end of the transaction as well as VAT charges. Note that all fees are shown on the final step of the purchase process for fans to verify before confirming purchase.
Q. Are there any buying and selling restrictions?A – On public order advice, the Club has determined that certain games should not be made available on the exchange. For this season, the Aston Villa Seat Exchange will not be open for certain games, including Manchester United and Birmingham City. Initially the Seat Exchange will only be open for Premier League games.
Q. Will Cup Games be available on the Aston Villa Seat Exchange?A – As the Aston Villa Seat Exchange is based on allowing Season Card Holders to sell their seat for matches they are unable to attend, it will initially only be open for Premier League home fixtures. However, a limited number of tickets will be available for purchase for Cup Games.
Q. How many tickets can an individual buy?A – Each Season Card Holder and Registered User will be able to buy up to six (6) tickets per match on the Aston Villa Seat Exchange.
Q. How will Buyers receive their tickets?A - Tickets will be sent by mail for all tickets purchased more than four days in advance of the fixture. Tickets purchased after that date will be available for collection at Villa Park on the day of the match. Detailed instructions will be forwarded via email.
Q. How do Season Card Holders get paid when a ticket sells?A - Once the sale of the ticket for a match has been confirmed, the Season Card will automatically be de-activated for that particular fixture. Season Card Holders will receive payment in the post within fourteen (14) days of the match taking place. The amount refunded per ticket sold on the Aston Villa Seat Exchange is calculated as the average match price of your Season [Card / Ticket] minus the Seller Fee of 10% plus VAT. Q. Can Season Card Holders sell there ticket anywhere else?The Aston Villa Seat Exchange is the only legal way to re-sell tickets to Aston Villa home matches. In addition, it is not permitted in the season ticket terms and conditions to sell tickets in any other way.
Q. How long will a ticket remain listed on the Aston Villa Seat Exchange for each fixture?A – All listings on the Aston Villa Seat Exchange will remain on the site until one of the following takes place:1. The Season Card Holder withdraws the listing;2. 1,000 seats are purchased from the Seat Exchange for that particular fixture;3. The Seat Exchanges closes for that fixture 72 hours before kick-off.

Will my details be sold or passed on to anyone other than Aston Villa or Seatexchange.comA – No, both Aston Villa and Seatexchange.com are committed to keeping your data secure and will not distribute or sell any of your details to any third party company or institution. Q. Who can purchase Junior and Senior tickets?A – Initially, only Junior Registered Users will be able to purchase Junior seats, and only Senior Registered Users will be able to purchase Senior seats. Aston Villa and Seatexchange.com will continually develop the service and welcome feedback via email from supporters on how to make the service better for you.
Q. Why do I have to list Adult and Junior tickets separately?A – As a Season Card Holder, you are able to list all the tickets in your portfolio on the Aston Villa Seat Exchange for matches that you cannot attend. However, you can only list seats with the same price at the same time.
Q. Why are the prices paid by Buyers and refunded to Sellers different?A – The Aston Villa Seat Exchange is designed to ensure that Season Card Holders cannot profit from selling their seat to a fellow supporter. We have also ensured that it is not possible to purchase a comparable seat on the Aston Villa Seat Exchange for less than the Box Office price, ensuring that ticket sales are not reduced for any matches at Villa Park. The difference in price is used to pay for the technology and staff required to operate the Aston Villa Seat Exchange.
